    ESET SS wouldn't be stopped, no matter what and so the reg thingy didn't work...

    Disable HIPS & Self-Defense, Than this Reg will surely work, Hundred of user have tried & it works.

    Of course, I have done that, not my first time doing it and I do read.. But it ain't workin'...

    I went to Task Manager, too. Wouldn't be stopped... So, no wonder I couldn't...

    I am using this method from last 1 year, There is no problem.
    After Disabling ESET HIPS & Self Defense, Restarting System is necessary.

    If this doesn't work Try in Safe Mode.

    Nope there is no way you could download offline updates, & Bro Updates of ESET are too small, may be 30MB.

    Problem is that, few of my computers are not online.. connecting it to a wireless mobile network via 2G/3G dongle once a while is ok (for activation once a month) is ok.. But cant keep them connected to the net all the time..

    Wireless connections (mobile) are pretty costly..
