Example to create a ISO for Office 2021.

Make sure you are using the Office Tool Plus with runtime version, the package included .NET 5 library and RunMe.bat, users can run Office Tool Plus without .NET installation by double click RunMe.bat.

Download Office installation.

Everything is on deploy page.

• Change deploy mode to download.
• Add product and select Office 2021, such as Office 2021 Pro Plus Volume (Note: 2021 Retail is not supported now).
• Add language as you want, you can add one or more.
• Change other settings if needed.

Note: If you want to create ISO which contain 32 bit and 64 bit of Office, once start downloading, switch architecture to the other one, and click start deploy. Office Tool Plus is now support to add download tasks when downloading Office.

Create ISO file

After downloading Office, switch deploy mode to create ISO.

Create ISO with default configuration.

Maintain your product and language settings, click start deploy, select the save location and file name for ISO file.
In this mode, Office Tool Plus will auto detect Office installation path, so you don't need to change source path value.

Create ISO with default configuration and install without user confirmation.

Maintain your product and language settings.
Now edit RunMe.bat, change the following content:

Save RunMe.bat. Click start deploy, select the save location and file name for ISO file.
After creating ISO file, change the content back, or you won't be able to open Office Tool Plus again.

Create ISO without default configuration.

Press F5 to clear all configuration, or clear all products and languages manually.
Click View XML code, if nothing to show, that's right.

Then click start deploy, select the save location and file name for ISO file.

Anyway, it's suggested to test the ISO file by yourself if you want to share it with others.

 

Guides on deploy Office on your PC

Everything is on deploy page. Make sure deploy mode is [install].

Fresh Office installation.

Add products and languages that you want. Change other settings if needed, such as architecture or channel.

If you want to save Office installation after install, checked install after download.

If you have a bad Internet connection, it's recommend to checked install after download too, or your Office installation will stuck on progress for a long time. Worse, you can't cancel the Office installation.

Modify products or languages.

Add products and languages as you want, if you want to uninstall them, click uninstall button.
You can add and uninstall at the same time.

Modify applications.

Check applications that you want to add, unchecked which you want to remove, keep checking that you don't want to change.

Once done for all, click start deploy.

Open Office apps first, you should see an activation window, close it all, and then try activating again.

 

According to your error description, you may using Windows Insider, to solve the problem, fix the activation in toolbox, then install licenses, wait a minute and try activating again later.
