Hello friends, I have troubling on that all in one PC troubling is a bluetooth, when i open device manege there is yellow exclamation mark on the nouvon HID reciever controller , i installed all the driver, i updated windows fully but nothing helped. can anyone what is problem? thanks in advanced. OS is: windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Should have come with a drivers cd/dvd if you got it new and sometimes the previous owners will send it with the computer. Should find and install them from that. Or what urie suggested and make sure you go get the correct drivers from toshiba's support/driver website.
Then read the manual on how to perform factory recovery it should have a recovery partition try pressing F12 whilst it is powering up to access the "factory restore" and if possibe make recovery disk if you have the option ( once recovered )
@ Humphrey, from what I can gather it does not come with recovery disks but maverick_GE should have used the Toshiba recovery media creator to make them Hopefully if he will make them this time after factory recovery from hidden partition.
Well yeah the recovery disk is extra. I was talking about the drivers disc. I guess it could have come without, mother bout the two little ones Win 8 laptops for xmas last year and they didn't come with driver disc. At best buy, the sells guy actually asked us if we wanted to pay extra for the recovery disc.
Yeah I understand just though factory recovery would be easier since he said he had already installed the driver but obviously wrong one when he still has error.
