Hi I have Toshiba L655 PSK1JE bricked bios. This is the problem: 1. I have dumped the original bios from the chip Winbond W25Q80B the file size is 1mbyte 2. I download the original Bios file from support.toshiba.eu BB10240.FD and the file size is 4,07 MB Strange, I can't write the file directly on the chip via flash programmer. I read the datasheet of W25Q80B and I can see the chip is 8 mbit. Probably I need to extract the bios file from BB10240.FD ? Which hex block is ? Yes I am using HxD and FileAlyzer, I can see a lot of difference between two files original stock from website BB10240.FD and this one 32bit.bin I don't understand why dump.bin has same hex data as the web site file from toshiba BB10240.FD bios But the file sizes are different. Maybe main bios file has to be extracted from BB10240.FD ?
