Just bought this used laptop and it only displays at startup the name Toshiba (in red and Leading Innovation(in white) On the bottom left it says (insyde H2). On the right bottom it displays the Intel logo. nothing else happens! What is the problem, anybody know? I need this computer for my grandson.
