Hi, can anyone tell me if they have any luck activating using TOSHIBA_TOSINV.XRM-MS and 22TKD.... . I have a bios which is supposed to be slic 2.1 for the Toshiba a100 which won't activate. wilx, I have used the 22TKD-F8XX6-...... key and that cert yesterday for my Toshiba M305D with no problems at all. Installed cert, installed key and was activated. What does slicdump tool show about your bios? Its worth checking it, the tool might show any inconsistency. I am somewhat new to this whole thing, but it did work for me. Signo
I have run it , and it says all ok by the looks of it( see image attached)...I am using TOSHIBA_TOSINV.XRM-MS, maybe there is something wrong with my copy of cerfificate, where did you get yours from? I have done my nc10 netbook and another motherboard no problems, so the commands I send should be ok.so I'm confused to whats happening. Anyone please, i'm pulling my hair out ( opps I don't actually have any) can you post a capture of your slic dump thanks
The oem brand does not matter. Only the version i.e Ultimate, Home Prem, so the key should be fine. Its the only leaked one right now, so its the one everyone is using. wilx, When I get home later tonight I will post a screen of my slic dump. Signo
Hi yes I did install from c:\ I have in the root of c: It comes back with ok to both commands, when I have been in the wnong folder ie c:\windows it complains

Thanks for the licence, but still no luck. I have even tried doing slic 2.1 using 7loader 4.1 but no luck. any one else any ideas? help with this bios TIA
If you used a loader before the bios mod then that is the one that cause your problem. I suggest to do a clean install.
