Total disabling of Defender/Windows Update?

    Which scripts/tools (preferably opensource) are good to disable Defender and Windows Update without their later reactivation? For 21H2/22H2.

    Just use winaerotweaker.

    One click to disable WU, one or two clicks to disable defender.
