For some reason, I have a translation problem on Windows 10 19H2. For instance, msconfig is being called System Configuration instead of being in my native language ("Configuração de Sistema"), among other badly translated things. My system is pt-pt.

Even after doing a clean install I still have this translation problem.

I believe this has been discussed over and over and over and over, MSFT didn't translate it, so cope with it, or nag them on twitter/feedback hub about it.

Where was it discussed and since when Microsoft didn't translate it?

What about Windows programs having an error when being clicked, like Windows Speech Recognition (it says it could not start because the language configuration is not supported), which for some reason is also in english?

At least, Windows 10 20H1 pt-pt has less translation errors than the previous version.

EDIT: Windows 11 23H2 pt-pt still has the Windows Speech Recognition problem and the Windows program is still in english.

EDIT 2: Some of the options and text in general of the installer of the first publicly Windows 11 24H2 Build release when doing a clean install are in english and not in my language but a more recently publicly Windows 11 24H2 Build release already has all of the options in my language (some of the text is still in english, though). It's ridiculous Windows still has translation issues (since Windows 10, at least).
