if it does this with even the regular bios from the xfx website, what makes you think it will work with a modded one? i suggest you read how to properly flash your bios, and if it still fails, RMA the board back to xfx for a replacement, as there could be something wrong with it.
Thanx for the input, I obviously know had to flash the BIOS but thanks. The problem was that the jumper for the overclocking on the board had been moved when installing and with the voltage spikes it didn't respond properly. After contacting xfx and taking their suggestion it now works fine and I'm up and running.
