When using LTSC, I noticed that usually at some point after I install certain drivers, Windows will download the UWP control panel app for it in the background. Specifically, Realtek Audio Console (for Realtek UAD) and NVIDIA's and Intel's graphics control panels. But this seems to happen randomly and without interaction. And while it happens most of the time, there's been a few times where a control panel didn't download. I use LTSC without MS Store, and remove the Store app from 2004. Ideally, I'd like to avoid having to use MS Store at all, but I'd like some consistent manner to be able to have driver's control panels download, like a command or action, or something.
How can I install appx files without ms-store and windows update ? (like omen command center not dch drivers) Appx files are available in store.rg-adguard.
Microsoft first announced Windows Store, a digital distribution service for Windows at its presentation during the Build developer conference on September 13, 2011. It started as an app store for Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 as the primary means of distributing Universal Windows Platform apps. The Initial release appeared on October 26, 2012 and You removed the Store app already from 2004. Really good.
