Trouble activation office 2013

    Hello,
    I need some advice please,
    I downloaded office 2013 from a link given in this forum: SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_2013_W32_English_MLF_X18-55138.ISO
    it installed no problem however when activating using
    Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.8.0 it fails to detect any office installation, I also used KMS_VL_ALL (cmd) , it also fails to detect any office installation, which is there already installed 2013.Not sure what to do next.
    Any help is appreciated.

    I didn't realize the question was that difficult, 128 views and no suggestion.o_O
