I have Windows 7 Ultimate version installed on my laptop. I'm having problem changing desktop background. When I try to change the desktop theme from the Dektop->Personalisation(Right Click), the top and bottom pane color and sound get modified according to the set theme but the desktop background remains same, the plane solid color. However I can change the different solid color e.g. black, white, blue etc but I couldn't select the picture or wallpaper as desktop background. I was wondering if anybody could help me about with problem?e
What version of Windows 7 do you have? is it RTM or RC if it is RC then you wont be able to change the background you will need to upgrade to the RTM version.
