Since I found no latest (v1.36) BIOS for 5730G already modded, or the links are looong gone, tried to mod it myself. Basically, the latest BIOS from Acer already contains both SLIC 2.0 and 2.1 modules, no idea how that's possible anyways, or why, cause 2.1 should activate Vista as well. Maybe for old installations updating BIOS? Anyways, got latest phoenixtool, the original BIOS, the Acer certificate from here, and once figured all out and gave all the stuff to it, looked pretty straightforward. Selected SSV2 method, otherwise it would just add the second SLIC 2.1 part behind the first 2.0 and 2.1. After renaming it back to the proper WCH file, checking it opening it in phoenixtool again, it correctly reported working tables and certificate. Run flash twice, but RWE still reports SLIC 2.0. Where may the problem be?? Maybe it is not by default rewriting the "whole" BIOS? There may be another way, to make the SLIC 2.1 table already existning in the original BIOS to "unhide" itself, but looks loke most modders went the way of replacing both tables with just 2.1.
