troubles with hidden updates

    i work on pc to make its last install .i do not want to update ie or install windows malicious tool remoll or update .
    when i hide them ....at next login then win update shows previous versions that i have to hide....
    :worthy:

    so .....is there a trick to not have old versions poping ?

    I don't think so. Microsoft has always "unhidden" hidden updates periodically in my experience. Their reappearance seems to center around revised updates and those they feel like pushing for one reason or another.

    I've also noticed a time or two when Microsoft pulled an update I'd hidden, the hidden update disappeared.

    Yep, as zahnoo has suggested. When you hide say, the latest bing, the older bing then becomes available...
