Hello I'm having this problem about a few days ago, I'm was trying to ignore it but cannot anymore.

So here its the problem. every time I make a manual restart or laptop restart for itself, its stay on Boot screen, specifically on boot when you can press ESC or F2 for options (not responding at those commands) and stays there forever, to bypass that i need to press Power On button to power off laptop and press it again to start as usual with no preblem.

so my question is what causes that? and How to repair that? Please help....

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay now I discover what is causing the problem, Its the Sprint Smart View v2.40.0054.0,
because I uninstalled it and restart comp. and no problems everything fine.
But here is a new question WHY? that never happened before. Installed other versions and the same problem with any version.
And that its the latest version available. So what to do, that never happened before, did a clean install no prob, but installed SSV again, and here we go again.
