I am a noob at this so anything that goes outside the norm makes me nervous. I just moded my P35-DS3L with award bios, followed directions posted (thanks for that btw) and everything went smooth and it worked. I am now in the process of modding my other machine that has an MSI motherboard with AMI Bios. Well after hitting the "go" button on the AMI SLIC tool everything seems to be going and then a question pops up:

"There is no space in BIOS to insert SLIC for the SSV2 method. Allow insertion into the NVRAM region?"

I answered "yes" and it compled and said it was successful but I feel nervous about flashing this modded bios because I was not expecting the question. The tool picked SSV2 method and I had read that was the best method for MSI boards with AMI bios. The board is the K8NGM2-FID (older socket 939 board). Anyway, is this ok? should I flash this bios or try a different method?
