Tutorial: Windows 8.1 RTM ISO to Windows 8.1 RTM Pro VL ISO

    What's the point? VL can not be activated so far
    and if/when new KMS emulator created, it's enough to install the gvlk to turn the system to VL

    Yeah I know, but it will still be handy for anyone who wants to have an .ISO ready when KMS emulators/KMS servers & MTK works again.
    I guess the official Pro VL ISO will be out by then but still :)

    I created a disc containing both Enterprise VL and Pro VL and I know atleast I'll be using them when KMS is available :)

    Modifies ISO files are not permitted on MDL.

    Dream about activating 8.1 Enterprise/Pro/Server 2012. Unless you have a genuine MAK key if it's available in the respective source.

    I do have a MAK key that workes with Enterprise, so I'll play with an make this Pro VL so I can do my Laptop with Pro VL ... now that I'm not busy and have time to play.

    Or you could just download the official Pro VL ISO now from the The Windows 8.1 (& related) Repository topic at the top.

    This guide was made because I thought Windows 8.1 ProVL would go up on MDSN in october, but the guide still works and you could
    even make yourself a ProVL WMC if you know the additional commands.

    Old topic, and my question might be ratfher silly, but how would I go about making Windows 8.1 Core, to a VL, would I just need to make an ei.cfg and ad it in the Sources folder? if so, what would this cfg need to contain?

    What if i wanted to make this Retail iso to VL in another language, lets say Danish?, would this still work for the lastest iso release for windows 8.1 here in april?
