    Hi all,
    I have a problem with Windows 10 Build 10586.3
I upgrade this Thursday and now when I turn on the PC I have 2 boot screens. First the normal one and the other the same but with a laggy icon.

Is only a error from my pc? Anyone has got the same problem?

    Thanks a lot in advance

I upgrade also Thursday but I didn't have problems as double boot screens or regedit search crash, only a very very slow loading.
I think the best solution is a clean install

I do a clean install with the TechBench iso in another PC and the same occurs. I'm copying my files and I will format

Anyway I will do the clean install because of upgrade to 10240 to the new build makes my pc more slowly. I hope that the clean install will fix it. We need to assume this. Now we have 2 boot images o_O

Two boot screens? Everyone has it? Lagging? I don't even know what you are talking about. I upgraded from the previous Insider Preview, and I have none of those issues. My machine has no EUFI, and it is like greased lightening!

I have the two screens as well, but I don't really care about the second little lagging circle because booting is just as fast as in 10240. Maybe they changed something in the Windows boot procedure, so this could actually be by design.

I've seen it with a laptop (upgraded via WU and second upgrade on top via ISO) that has fast boot enabled, and after the boot screen flash it applies the correct screen brightness for the default power profile.
On a desktop (both tested with upgrade and clean install) with an SSD where I don't use fast boot, I've never seen that boot screen flash happen.
On another desktop with a hdd+ssd cache, I've noticed the same boot screen flash, and very laggy dots (but of course, there's no brightness correction after). After disabling fast boot, it immediately booted up normally.

So you might try to disable fast boot and see if the second screen happens while it's loading the hibernation file (by design).

Edit: It seems to have stopped doing it even after re-enabling fast boot.
