Is there any way to have the setup files for two different versions of Win7 on a USB flash drive? I would like to have a universal USB-install-drive that contains the German version and the American version. And when I want to install with this drive it should ask me which version i want to choose.
Is that possible in an easy way?

Ah and I know that I could integrate or install the language packs, but I would like to know if its possible the way I'm asking for.

I asked the same few months ago and the answer was: likely to do so but so unnecessary and waste of time when you can use language packs instead.

As you see above I edited my first post, forgot to mention it.
But if it is only possible in a really difficult way I think I wouldn't try it. Sooo, thanks for your answer ;)
