Is there a way to fix UAC with remote assistance. When use helpdesk remote assistance to help a client, able to connect with remote assistance but if changes is being made the screen goes black and the person offering the assistance cannot see screen.. only the user who needs help is able to see screen. many time have to tell them cancel for screen to go back.. Any idea to rectified problem
