I need to install ubuntu, but I guess that my loaders in vista and win7 will vanish, won't they? I think that the open source win7 activator doesn't rely on MBR, but I fear that Vista loader does, any solution but flashing bios?

I am running Triple Boot right now, but I use NO Loaders!!

Vista Home Premium came on computer, when I purchased it. So , it's activated.

Partitioned my Drive & Installed Win7.
Windows 7 Ultimate Requested & received a Bios Mod & Flashed my bios to Slic 2.1 & activated it.

    Installed Ubuntu last
    Ubuntu 9.04

At Computer start, I use Grub to select what OS to boot. :D:);)

I don't want to flash my bios. And I need to use a loader for both vista and 7.

I would love to flash my BIOS but Sony never released one so I am SOL.

I do run MacOS X as well and am planning to run Ubuntu once 9.10 is released.

Keep an eye our for Daz' installer; all you really need is the GRLDR and a way to load it before Win7.

    Neither of them alter MBR

So, it sounds safe to install ubuntu.
    I'll post results.
