Where can i find tools and guide for modding an UEFI Bios ?
Not EFI but UEFI
Thank U QTM.
I am talking about UEFI Bios like Lenovo T420.
Phoenix tool gave me other files then what I am usual to (bioscod0*).
I dont know what files to take for processing with PHNXPatch, and if it will work at all.

Thanks a lot QTM
I have already downloaded a good Mod for T420.
Now I am trying to get a Moded Bios for Lenovo X220 without succes,
because many Moded Bioses download links are becoming unavailable.
This is why I want to learn to do it by myself like I did with older notebook models (That has no UEFI Bios).
I am looking for a guide that explains how to Mod UEFI Bioses.
You can learn like this.
Download a already modified UEFI and the original. Decompose both using andy's tool. Then compare the modules of both dump folders to find the changes.
The changed module you can disassemble using IDA to get what code has changed.
Then apply the same at an updated UEFI for instance.
There is no general guide but this advice. To disable whitelist you need to find the code that checks it. The way is different how to achieve that, hence there are no general instructions.
Difficult is to find the code that checks the whitelist.
Thank U very much QTM.
Is this true ..grabbed from another forum
"As for UEFI BIOS, to my knowledge it is not possible right at present to insert a slic table due to digital signature"
Yen, what if I want to change some of the bios defaults? For example, make AHCI the default instead of IDE?
Stasio please breakdown info for the link you provided.
Hi have gone to link but dont understand is there a lamans explanation on this or something or a step buy step guide on modding UEFI bioses to add slic 2.1 tables.
in the past i only used Ami and Pheonix tools to bios mod and it allways woeked and now i have upgraded PC for little Bro but cant add slic using these tools to a asrock fm2a75m-pro4 motherboard bios revision 2.10 i see it can be done with bios revision 1.80 of the same board so am using old bios rivision on board but when i do it with pheonix tools it says it has added slick but when go to flash with moded bios 2.10 through motherboard bios utiliy it does not work why.
