i was wondering , is it possible to inject uefi into an old bios or do you need official bios upgrade from producer ?

Then look in your bios/user's manual if UEFI mode is available. Which model is it ?

No impossible as the manufacturer has not developped the mobo inthis way.

This is not impossible. You can use TianoCore DUET for this very purpose. I think Gigabyte's UEFI shim for P67 boards is exactly this. If you have enough room in the flash chip, you can add a Tiano DUET module. I don't know how to do this, but someone here or maybe some people involved in the Clover bootloader project know.
