Unable to Activate Office 2013 VL

    I have installed Office 2013 version "SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_2013_W32_English_MLF_X18-55138.ISO"

    English
    708 MB (742,877,184 bytes)
    08754B82E704B324E23ACD088CF3D6C3B6D2DCF8

    I am unable to activate it using the Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.9 activator. Every time after the reboot opening any office product starts "Configuration Progress" which is followed by installation again and again. Any help to fix things around?

    Edit:     OS Windows 7 Ultimate.
