unable to contact skype

    i just need to activate my windows 8.1 via phone method..
    yesterday i was just able to contact microsoft call support via skype..and did activation completly.. but today i tried to call microsft but call busy...
    i did several times...
    i cannot call ms via skype ...
    here the number i dialed..+448000188354

    Does anyone try to activiate via phone method using skype during past few hours...????
    i tried more time but unable to call them....tried via my iphone skype app also...

    Never ever try the leaked Keys from the Internet and use it for Phone Activation. If you do your Microsoft account will get blocked later. Cheers

    While it's a good idea not to use leaked keys to activate and use online mode with, Microsoft has no history of blocking accounts in this manner.
