Unable to create required installation folder

    I am trying to upgrade from Windows 7 7057 to 7068. Each time I start the installation from Windows, I can a message saying that it was 'Unable to create required installtion folder' and errors out.

    Anyone else have this error?

    Try booting into Windows PE and deleting the c:\$Windows.bt folder
