    Hi All,

I've a problem that i hope one of you guys can help me with. I'm trying to format a 32GB Toshiba Flash Drive to NTFS but am finding it impossible to do on Win7 64bit Ultimate.
I need it NTFS for the transfer of large files (4GB+).
I've tried using EaseUS Partition Master and although it says it's formatted to NTFS, Windows still can't read it.
I then tried formatting with windows. No luck.
I tried formatting through command prompt. No luck. Getting the following message:
    Code:
the 1st and 2nd NTFS boot sectors are unwritable.
All NTFS boot sectors are unwriteable.
     Cannot continue.
    Format failed.
Anyone got a solution to this problem?
