Unable to get a printer list from Windows Update

    I have tried several times, to update the printer list by clicking the "Windows Update" button on the "Add a Printer" dialog window.

    I always get the message, "Windows was unable to get a list of devices from Windows Update. Try again later".

    Since I have install Windows 10 1803, I can not update the printer list anymore.

    Anyone has a solution for this problem?

    Go to the printer manufacture's web site and see if they have a driver to download.
    What brand name and model number is this printer? (maybe we can help you find a driver)

    It's a older model "HP Photosmart 2575"

    go and get the driver from the vendor.
