Hello, I am having some trouble installing the "Pro" edition of Windows 10 straight from the installation media to my laptop. Which I believe the cause to be the fact that the OEM key is embedded on my motherboard. I was trying to do a clean install as I used to have Windows 10 Pro, upgraded from a Windows 8.1 Pro edition, but when attempting to do the clean install, the installer wiped the recovery partition and installed Windows 10 home in it's place. Now, short of going from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro again, what can I do? Is there any way during the installation/setup process for it to NOT look at the OEM information embedded into the motherboard? I was trying to install the November Update Build 1511. I have spent the last thirty minutes trying to google search, and most of the results with the terms that I am using just come back about the upgrade process and basic question/answer stuff, not how to avoid it searching and finding the OEM info.
