Unable to install the latest update KB4494441

    I am not able to update for windows 10 version 1809 for x64 system KB4494441 in my Desktop computer running windows 10 Ltsc 2019.
    All attempts to install on line and direct download gives the same error.I have enclosed the screen shots and dism log text. Pl help to resolve the issue.

    fiddled witth the system ? just asking in my normal Enterprise updating fails if I remove Edge

    I have not removed any system files. Scannow shows no integrity violations.

    Friends, My problem is solved.After exhausting all known tricks, I finally ventured into an in place upgrade which kept all my settings and apps.safe. After this it is downloading and installing all updates. Thank u all for your support.
