I no longer have Kaspersky installed thus I no longer the mentioned prompt and I haven't had other prompts like this one EDIT: After installing MSI Center and running it, it asks to restart the PC in the process and after clicking "Yes", the mentioned blue prompt appears. I find it odd this is the only program I use that makes this prompt to appear. It seems disabling all notifications, unchecking the Windows Action settings I could and disabling Windows Security didn't prevent these blue prompts from appearing.
