Hi all I am new to this forum. I am running Win 7 x64 bit RTM from MSDN. I have used Windows 7 loader ver 1.6.1d by Hazar to activate Win 7. It successfully activated Win 7. However there is problem regarding windows updates till now i have received following updates from Microsoft through windows updates as shown in picture. After seeing in this forum, I saw few updates delivered in this month which i did not got through windows update. I only received Windows defender definition updates. What should be done now?? Is it normal or loader or antivirus kaspersky is blocking the updates. Please guide me...
If no updates are presented, then win update has probably determined that you don't need them. I too have only the updates in the screenshot.
The updates in your screen shot are all the official Windows 7 x64 updates that are available. There where no updates this month for Windows 7. The updates you may have seen on the site are more than likely the leaked updates.

Gentoo i got confused regarding Microsoft Windows 7 Updates Compatibility Center thread. The updates which i have shown in pic are the official updates. R u sure there are no updates except these??
If you read the description of the updates it will inform you if it will not be delivered by Windows Update. You would have to download it your self.
Positive. They are the same ones I have. I only update through Windows Update unless I run into an issues which needs a hot fix. Windows Updates looks at your system and determines what updates you need. There are thousands of updates that never hit Windows Update and are only available for manual download for fixing issues that certain people experience.
The updates you are referring to will only be presented to you if your OS needs them. Greetings Gen555
Correct don't go downloading update packs just because those are available, as said before special updates or hotfixes are by demand for certain hardware, fixes. like RyanVM packs for xp every update available but doesn't apply to everyone machine or hardware.
