unable to upgrade from server 2016 technical preview 4 or tp5 to server 2016 rtm

    are their steps that im missing it keeps comming back saying my product key is wrong....

    Do you have an RTM key? The keys for Preview do not work anymore.

    yes this was using a rtm key have tried via retail and also vlsc neither seem to work.
