I recently got this new laptop with vista which I thought would be wonderful. I have never been more wrong in my life, here's the problem:

I use the folder located in C:\Users\"USERNAME" because I thought it would be convenient, problem is there is a favorites folder, a searches folder, and some other stupid folders that won't go away. I can delete them, but they come back. I can go into folder options and select the "hide" option, but they always remain visible. No matter what I do they don't go away, any ideas?

I believe those are windows systems folders that should not be deleted.

Imo, the file structure of vista is a heck of lot better organized than that in XP. Until you mentioned it, I never even noticed those folders. Don't see what the big deal about them being there is.
