Hi Everyone First post so will really try to brief and clear. I'm trying to use a prog to update some game saves and my xbox profile. The process is quite simple but each time I run it I get the above error. I've googled and much of the responses are mumbo jumbo to me but I can confirm that I have .Net 4.0.30319 installed and have tried disabling my virus software (PC tools) to no avail. I can post the log if necessary but I'm frustrated as there are loads of You Tube vids showing this process and no hint of this problem. I simply don't believe I'm the only one with XP using the software so it must be compatible. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
