    Inplace upgrade maybe but it's prob a settings thingy

    I tried also to reinstall Serbian keyboards which I use, but the problem is still there. All other fonts are working fine. Especially Segoe UI is problematic, which Facebook is using for example.

    I think fresh installation of 20H2 will solved your problem

    There must be a better way without reinstallation of whole OS.
