    Greetings everyone,

I've searched the forum as best i could and haven't been able to find an answer to my question. If i've erred in that. I apologise.

I've got MS Office Pro Plus2010 installed on my PC. I removed it. Ran CCleaner afterwards to try and clear the registry.

I then tried to install Ms Office Pro Plus 2013 but. NO!! According to Microsoft Toolkit, i've still got a valid key installed?

Any help/direction would really be great :worthy:'m baffled as to what to do next?

    Good luck!

And if those steps have been completed already as you say, did you see the registry values it said to look for?

How come 2013 will not install with 2010 installed?
I ask cause I have had 2007, 2010, and 2013 all installed the same time.

If MTK says there is a key, have you tried click on Uninstall under the Product keys tab?
