Hello, I used your Media Creation tool for Windows 10 64bit. When I ran the downloaded tool for my version of Windows 10, this is the error I received. Can anyone help? Thank You very much!
that exe file by @Padre_Pedro downloaded fully to my PC, and then deleted itself without the intervention of any AV software. not once but 4 times. after this my PC is behaving strange. you people call this behavior as innocent? fine, thank you, with due respect. if there is anyone who thinks i am wrong, prove me. and i dont care if anyone is gonna ban me from this forum for speaking out the truth.
Coincidence? And even if it were something fishy, it's your own damn fault. It made zero nada nil sense to get such thing in a topic providing a plain-text batch script!
Nice tool, THX, will this give us the windows 10 17763.55 or windows 10 17763.1 when choose 1809 Enterprise?
It gives the original RTM (.1) hence the data loss warning. Microsoft has not re-released a new build in ESD format used by MCT.
BAU It makes sense if microsoft. blocks download links (MCT .cab). Otherwise, your script is quite good. anniyan Now you have to pay me some money. Otherwise, your computer will explode in a week ...
Without the script it would not work at all for older versions, windows 7 host, or enterprise editions, since products.xml is patched on-the-fly from the source products_2018....cab. If and when Microsoft blocks something, I think there are higher chances for the script to be updated than for some obscure download, and I mean no offense with that. And due to the online-only and volatile nature of this (rtm release, retired rtm, upcoming rtm refresh), it's better to rely on the simple and few kb size original script.
Should we set the clock in anticipation of the next failure? And btw, script can still download 1809 just fine..
