@MDeaks, thanks for the feedback. I see no problem using the dynamic bypass script even with supported systems, since it not only ads the bypass option (/Product Server) but also setup troubleshooting options (/Compat IgnoreWarning /MigrateDrivers All) to ease migration. In my very long experience with it, it really prevents lots of soft setup failures or issues after upgrading if many drivers don't migrate over.
@BAU online are rumors that our fixes remove tpm support (we only circumvent the cheks but they assume the other), once started it spreads sadly.
@Enthousiast the TPM device works just fine regardless. Bitlocker works fine regardless. Windows Hello works fine regardless. The bypass is just a setup thing. Yeah I am aware of the retards pushing FUD on reddit and elsewhere. FFS! it's like they feel owning a supported device is their personal achievement and those bypassing the anti-consumer requirements are somehow robbing them of that achievement. MS-Drone™ psychic is quite baffling. Almost religion-like. Everything threatens them. Like the mere existence of power-user choices. Like changing a toggle from microsoft default. Can't even mention the registry, policies or 3rd party UI tweaks
How would I go about using this script to upgrade the operating system version on my HP factory recovery tool. It just would save me so much headache if I could restore closer to or on windows 11. My family messes up their pcs so much and I feel like I’m always using a combo of that tool and my pure media tool. Would it be just as simple as naming the bat file to “auto mediacreationtool.bat?” I thought I’d ask before I go experimenting on thei laptops
yes, it's that simple. 11 is selected by default so auto is enough (while for 10, version must be specified i.e. auto 21h2)
auto.cmd from Win11 21H2 ISO created with MCT is working perfectly with 22H2 ISO I wasn't been able to upgrade some machines to 22H2 keeping all apps (seems like Edition mismatch), but auto.cmd + EI.cfg (only "Channel _Default") + PID.txt (Pro key) did the trick Not sure why but auto.cmd from Github with ei.cfg "Channel _Default" "VL 0" wasn't working previously I also noticed auto.cmd / AutoUnattend.xml in Win11 21H2 ISO and Github are different
Yes those are a little different, since the one in MCT project does not need the bypass stuff, while it's needed in the standalone. I do have an update planned but I'm caught in something atm, so next month
works great everything works fine not need tpm 2.0 or secure boot even my motherboard has it so dont worry guys installing on unsupported CPU. i use it for more than 8 months and everything is ok
Great tool, thanks. Just used it to upgrade an old Fujitsu W7 laptop. I just hope I can get a few more years out of the laptop
So if you use the script and selecting Windows 11 - Auto ISO, the bypasses fix is included? I thought it was not included.. And you must to something with the Quick_11_iso_esd_wim_TPM_toggle.bat file?
Those are stand-alone scripts for those that did not got the iso via the script. You made the iso via the script, so you don't need to do anything else.
Like I said English is international language - Not France Translate to English first Don't care from v/t results, don't use a/v for 10+ years
Back before WW2, French was the language used by most diplomats, the unofficial "international language". After WW2, as the US rose in power, English replaced French. Before WW2, the British pound was the dominant player in the money market. After WW2, the US dollar. All of the above may change in the not too distant future. All of which is well known to any student of world history. But be that as it may, the preferred language here on these forums is English, so ...
