May be but it makes no sense to me. What happen if for some reason the OS need to be reinstalled then will this softwarie not install and run more? If this is the case then IMO is better not to have/use this. I did not install it yet (i have a very old portable one version), so I will wait a few days after expiration date and see what will happens.
If I cannot keep the setup file and the serial to activate the program at any time, I would avoid using the program.
