And in last time, it stuck and the computer refuse to turn on the monitor, so I had to unplug the video card cable from the computer. So I decided to uninstall the game I so liked, because I'm afraid this app will destroy my video card.
system model ? videocard what error shows up in eventviewer for windows>system and applications ? right column.. filter select errors and critical try this.. if its laptop take battery and power out and hold power button 30 secs to drain power. now try the game.
Windows 10 Pro Video card 1GB Ram 4GB it's PC. I don't know what to show because there are a lot of things there in Event Viewer. But now the monitor turn off and I made restart and this the critical error I received : Spoiler The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. Usually I don't have problem with the video card. When I ran the game, I got error from the video card - a messages like Restore something. Now I played the game in laptop Win8.1 and the game works without crash at least now. It's look like the game is not compatible with Windows 10. The game didn't built for Windows 10. Why MS didn't make compatibility for win8.1 apps for windows 10 ? (like softwares ?) I'll install Win8.1 in PC as second OS and see if it works on PC.
"Uno & Friends" works Perfect on Windows 8.1 Why am I need to tweak Windows 10 to run only one app ? I don't know if I keep Win8.1 beside Win10. I don't like more than one OS on PC.
your win 10 has a corruption or video driver issue, very common after win 8.1 to 10 upgrades if you had issues ... thats why.
thing is.. how did u get win 10 ?? pc came with win 10 from factory ? (i smell upgraded) the app is working in win 10.. the company that made the game is crappy.. but the game works in 10.. so its your video driver likely.
Maybe it will work, but I need all the programs and apps I have now. I can't leave the OS empty. So I add new user (not admin) instead and the game crash again. In Windows 8.1 the game worked so smooth I could win the tournament in the game. I don't know why the app crash. It's not heavy game of 5GB. So I tried this option : Go to Settings->Privacy->Background Apps and turn all of them to off. When the game keep crashing, I tried this : Uninstall External antivirus and stay with Windows Defender - the game keep crashing.
