Update BIOS - Error on utility

    Have tried to update from inside the bios? When I tried to update my bios using the AFU program it totally screwed my system up. Used the internal update and didn`t have a problem.

    Which is the best method?

    USB startup drive or EZFlash ?

    I already have my USB bootable drive with the BIOS I want inside. Which are the commands to flash it?
