update bios

    frist off cool site here, i not to swift but i do no how to download,so i have a hp compaq presario cq5owm139 laptop and i go to hp download site for drivers and i download my version f.52 for bios and after i download it i do exactly what it says to do which is just hit install button, simple hu, well it starts to do its thing but all a sudden it freezes up and the olny way to get it to work is to take out battery out and unplug power cord and restart and bios hast change , how can i get it to upgrade , bios now is f,2 should b f.52,

    try re-update your bios from DOS use FLAs**t to update it :)

    1. extract your downloaded file ( sp45123.exe ) using 7zip or Power Archiver
    2. looking for file 360BF52.fd
    3. create bootable flashdisk http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/8909
    4. copy 360BF52.fd into your bootable flashdisk
    5. download FLAs**t here and copy FLAs**t.exe to your flashdisk
    6. boot from your USB flash disk
    7. update your bios from DOS using this command flas**t 360BF52.fd /all
