Hi, I'm the author of Rufus. Can you please explain why? Did it do something that you didn't want it to do, or not do something that you wanted it to do? I'm all for improving the application, but just saying that you found it bad doesn't tell me much... Can you point me to these other people who were unhappy with it? Maybe I could find out why they were unhappy with it. Overall, the feedback I received for Rufus has been very positive. So if some users are simply labelling the application as "bad", I would really like to know what made them reach this conclusion, and what I can do to try to meet their expectations.

Hi Tito. I remember you, and you have my thanks for promoting Rufus as well! While I appreciate that not all criticism might be impartial, or even fair, I'm still genuinely eager to identify what may cause frustration for Rufus users. There is still a lot of room for improvement, and sometimes even harsh criticism can be helpful in identifying areas that could be improved, or features that are missing...
I'm a retired computer science instructor and techie for virtually all types of OSes available, I find rufus to be a very useful piece of programming, with the gegeek kit and my own collection of tools-there's not much I can't do for setting up or fixing a computer. thanks for your efforts Akeo.

@Akeo: I love your Rufus thingie! For me, it's the best tool ever. I tried countless programs to put an ISO on my USB drive until I found yours. Thank you very much for this great and free piece of software.
