Hi. I´m running Windows 8.1 Preview and I want to know if there is a way to upgrate from Windows 8.1 Preview to Windows 8.1 RTM ? Here in MDL I read that removing "cversion.ini', I could update but it didn´t work. Or can I make only a clean install of Windows 8.1 RTM?
Paul Desmond. I changed the Build and the upgrade worked. But now I have another problem. I couldn´t use my original Windows 8 key to install. I used one I found here and worked. But after install I tried to change to my original license key, but it says that the key isn´t for my Windows. Before I used Windows 8 Pro. Than I upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro Prview. Now I installed the final release of Windows 8.1 Pro, but the key doesn´t work. Why, if I read here in MDL that the original keys works ?
After upgrade the APP "Video" and "Music" stopped, and I can´t repair or re-install them. It says that the error code is 0x80070057. How can I restore both APP's ?
