i never updated this pc before since i clean installed it on last october,
as of scripts or tweakers i always use O&OShutup10 and W10Privacy, but i don't think any option from that would be the problem,
becuz the updates gets downloaded successfully, the error happens when trying to install only the cumulative update, since the NDP48 update and defender updates gets installed with no issues.

I think, there should not be anything very special because this error message is only given if the downloaded package is incomplete, corrupted or some files are missing.
Very rarely even if the previous patch/update is unfinished.
In short - restart the computer so that all the updates that were just installed are completed and configured. Then clean your computer so that all old installation packages are removed and it is recommended to restart your computer after removal.
Once that's done, re-download the update that was having a problem and it will most likely install successfully.
If that doesn't work either, check that Windows itself is completely OK. But it is possible that no method or tool shows any error, but still fails to install some updates. Then it is necessary to check more thoroughly why this is happening. Sometimes may be that some newer update that blocks older update because it is already unneccassary. If it is so, then after restart you'll no more see any updates, including also this one.
In this case, there's no reason to doubt that Windows itself could be faulty, because you just got a ton of updates installed and everything worked.
So there is reason to believe that the problem is only with this one package.

PS. P.S. I have this update installed and I haven't had any problems with it on any of the computers I use.

    Try:
    1. Rename Windows10.0-KB5022282-x64.cab as 1.cab
    2. With 7-Zip, open 1.cab
    3. Extract SSU-19041.2300-x64.cab and Windows10.0-KB5022282-x64.cab
    4. Install extracted SSU-19041.2300-x64.cab and Windows10.0-KB5022282-x64.cab

But, once Wiindows Update failed to install it, there must be something wrong with the system. Run sfc /scannow.

    it's the display driver
seems it's not compatible with build 2486
i think i have to stick with old builds
