    How to Solve 'Keep Personal Files and Apps' Option Greyed Out because you "Your files, apps, sand settings can't be kept because you're installing an edition of Windows that's different than the one you're currently using"

    Try this tool to fix the upgrade matrix,
    UpgradeMatrix.xml FiX Tool (Very Beta)

    He already is on EnterpriseS (Enterprise 2016 LTSB)
