upgrade to oem

    This is probably a stupid question. I've got a Vista X64 upgrade retail disc and wondering if it is possible to modify it to an oem disc? Basically, I want to set it up to install an oem with auto activation for just Vista Ultimate.

    Yes, the MB is good to go. It was just a question about the retail upgrade disc.

    I don't think that you can do a fresh clean installation with Upgrade Disc.

    Why don't you download Vista Ultimate with SP2 (Full) with HASH matched with MSDN or TechNet, then you can make a OEM Disc by your own ?
