    I made a custom image with all languages and updates installed, using Home Basic as a base. With that, I can upgrade using DISM /Set-Edition to:
    * Home Premium
    * Professional
    * Ultimate

    I'm not able to upgrade it to Enterprise in the same way (likely due to incompatible license schemes). Is there any other way I can upgrade the image to an Enterprise edition?

    Enterprise is not a target sku for home basic.

    Your own script can create Enterprise from Starter with a bit of Magicâ„¢. Couldn't the same procedure, theoretically, applied to HomeBasic, too, or does it only work for Starter?

    My script is not regular.

    Of course not. That's why I had to make major changes to it for Windows 7 E, where the packages used are just not available. I just asked if it theoretically could work.

    It also works for Home Basic on the x64 version to create starter.

    And probably Enterprise, too, as the OP asked for.
