TLDR is that I had a dll corrupted issue that sfc could not fix so I upgraded to 24H2. Problem immediately began to manifest. (and mostly my reason for posting) the mouse pointer disappears in text boxes (even this one). SEP AV started blocking all write traffic to my TrueNAS even after whitelisting the IP. Had to add AllowInsecureGuestAuth to registry to get any access to my TrueNAS I can no longer access my TureNAS share as root as it always returns a password error and the password is correct as I can use it to log into the web interface. Windows no longer caches my credentials for a TureNAS persistent mapped drive post reboot with an alternat account I created. It's a pain but liveable and yes, I manually cut'n'pasted the password into Credential manager to make sure they were correct. This was mostly to vent as I will do a clean install back to 23H2. If you have any other issues please share and better yet, if you have a solution to the problems share as well.
